Abstract submission information

Abstract submitted to be considered either for Video* or Poster presentation needs to fit in the following world count:

 

Title: 40 world maximum

Abstract body: 250 world maximum

Financial support (optional): 40 world maximum

*Abstracts not considered suitable for video presentations by the organizers will be moved to poster presentations. Authors will be notified.

Information for Video presentations

-Authors selected for video presentations need to upload their videos before August 20, 2021.​

-The videos, both slides and presentation, must be in English.

-The maximum Video's length is 10 minutes. 

-Please check the following instruction for video uploading into the system.

Information for Poster presentations

-Authors selected for Poster presentations need to upload their poster in PDF format before August 20, 2021.​

-The Poster must be entirely in English.

-Canvas size and design are free as long as it is a single pdf page. Please, aim to keep the file size under 15Mb to improve loading. Remember that a big poster with too much text are hard to read in online.  

-Please check the above instruction for video uploading into the system to familiarize yourself with the presentations uploading platform.
